Make your own CHRISTMAS TERRARIUM
to add the magic of a forest scene to your home!
NATURAL ELEMENTS
moss, fir tree twigs, small pine cones... Decorative elements to pick from your Christmas decorations or your children's room: small plastic animals, mini Christmas trees... Christmas fairy lights Large glass container (Vase, candy container, glass jar, candleholder...)

STEP 1:
Place moss at bottom of glass jar. You can order some from your florist or get it directly from a forest. It takes very little. To be sure it remains green, spray it regularly (removing the fairy lights before, of course!) and it will last a long time.

STEP 2:
Add botanical elements (real or faux). Choose robust botanicals, like pine or fir, for a composition that will endure.
STEP 3:
Add plastic animals. You can also spray paint them in a colour you want, if you have a particular colour chosen for your Christmas decor or table.

STEP 4:
Place the fairy lights garland. Important: always choose LED fairy lights, because they don't get too warm, and be sure to hide the casing as much as possible.
STEP 5:
Turn on the fairy lights. The magic of the forest in your home! The lit terrarium can be placed on a mantel or sideboard, or even unlit, as a centrepiece on your dining table.

STEP 6:
IT's ready!
